Ate a hot cross bun that my wife bought but that was countered by 1 hr boxing and 1 hr squash so boom.
146.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1476 kcal Fat: 38.94g | Prot: 84.94g | Carb: 193.80g.   Breakfast: V8 Purple Power, Harvey Fresh Hilo Milk, Weet-Bix Weet-Bix. Lunch: Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Wholemeal Bread, Egg (Whole), Smoked Salmon. Dinner: Coles Mince Beef 5 Star Extra Lean, Leggo's Bolognese Chunky Pasta Sauce with Tomato, Red Wine & Herbs, Fresh Pasta (Cooked), Cooked Vegetables (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Five:Am Vanilla Bean Organic Yoghurt, Carman's Gourmet Protein Bar Greek Style Yoghurt & Berry, Bananas. more...
