I accidentally went 12 calories over my diet yesterday, and I didn't go to the bathroom yesterday at all either. Oh well. Back to my diet today.
143.6 lb Lost so far: 64.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your daily calorie intake isn't set in stone 😉 if 12 cal is the worst you do, you'll be golden! Get some water flowing through and it'll start dropping off!
