Yay, going back in the right direction...hoping to reach 95kg by the end of the month. decided to start weighing in on Thursdays with a picture...will help keep me more accountable. I have also invested in a fitbit charge 2...so aiming to hit 8000 steps a day and 30 minutes of exercise 3 times a week.
