I knew I was going to gain weight because of traveling for the last two days and not being able to count calories. I'm not going to be losing much weight over these holidays with company here, etc. But afterwards I can always get right back to it.
144.6 lb Lost so far: 63.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
