Just a hiccup. I even did a laxative treatment yesterday and cleaned out my gut and didn't break my diet. Oh well, just keep following the diet.
140.8 lb Lost so far: 67.0 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
