Stayed the same this week - fine with me! Got through the first Christmas Party of the year, the 2nd is coming up this weekend, then that should be it until Christmas!
243.0 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
