Well for heaven's sake, 1 lb. I'm glad to lose that pound but sooo slooooowwwwww. Clothes ARE fitting looser since I started the resistance training so I should measure..
I think the scale is "mocking" me!
145.0 lb Lost so far: 130.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
