Weekly weigh in unsatisfying. I had been down to 157 during the week, then ate whole grain bread a few times; my body is not ready for THAT so I will continue not to eat that until I have lost a reasonable amount of weight. I see that I progress much better without those kinds of carbs so I will remain phase 1, but maybe add fruit now and then, or a bit of rice now and then, but I think I have to stay away from bread. Not that I overdid it, but it did change the scale.....
158.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

the scale changing is normal for the first couple of days in phase 2...do not be afraid of it...your body needs to readjust...just add one thing per week...and stay off of the scale for the week...only weight once...you will see the weight come off...

Yep, yep, veggies yuk and information said exactly what I was going to say. So I second...third...agreed! Its excellent how you are watching and monitoring the effects of what you eat. WAY TO GO!
