has anyone tried a fast if so what one and for how long. Is it just water, or nothing but clear liquids

I love it. There is a whole bunch of information out there on Intermittent Fasting. My favorite is 16:8 (16 hrs fasting) so basically if you quit eating at 8pm, your next meal is noon the next day. It's really helped me keep with my calorie goals for a day.
