I have no clue why they gain. I followed my diet. It's probably just water weight or because I haven't gone to the bathroom in a few days to. I took some magnesium citrate pills to hopefully do something this morning. I guess I'll find out if that is the issue.
147.8 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
