242.2 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know that losing weight slowly is the best way to go if you have a lot to lose. It's the best way to achieve permanent weight loss. But, wow, is it painstaking. Hard to stay motivated. Although being down a dress size helps.
