I found out that all subs aren't created equal. Firehouse subs really didn't make it as easy as Subway does for staying on a low calorie / low fat food intake.
264.4 lb Lost so far: 53.3 lb.    Still to go: 64.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
