Soooooooo not surprised by the gain...really overdid the whole Heritage Day/Braai day thing...eating and drinking as if there was no tomorrow. This week I will make better food choices and do my best to add at least 30 minutes of exercise.I would really like to hit 90kg by end of November.
218.3 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
