Not sure why my weight mysteriously changed up 18 lbs on FS - it says' I'm 219 but that's wrong.

This "weigh in" is actually the same weight I've been at for about a month. I went up about 5 lbs on vacation and have been moving steadily downward for the last week or so.

I feel very consistent and am neither fighting cravings or binge eating. I love that. When it all comes down to it, isn't that what we all want? To be in control of our eating rather than it being in control of us?

Part of the slow down is that it's too hot to work in the garden other than watering and minimal maintenance in the early morning. I'm looking forward to the fall and being more active.

I'll also be very excited when I drop to the next level and get under 200 again. It's been over 3 years since I've been there. Then I'll just keep consistently and constantly moving down and maintaining it. For the first time, probably ever, I feel like I can not only do this but I can keep it off once I do.
201.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

That was really weird. When I posted the weight then it said I weighed the same. Glitchy.
