I feel lighter walking around and my I'm using a new hole in my belt. I have a dumbell weight I lift every day so I know what 30 pounds feels like as extra weight.
242.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.2 lb a week
