Hit the gym hard for 3 months, but only maintained a clean eating diet for the first one. The other two however i did eat lots of junkfood but kept my workouts intense, although my progress would have been alot better if i kept my diet clean, remember you can't outrun a bad diet.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
