Finishing a 48 hour fast at 1 PM today. Much easier than I ever would have thought. I normally do 2, 24 hour fasts per week and added a day to fast and pray for peace in our land, the healing of our racial divide and for the protection of our police force.
201.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Diet Calendar Entry for 18 July 2016:
1766 kcal Fat: 113.54g | Prot: 110.03g | Carb: 86.23g.   Breakfast: Egg (Whole), Kirkland Signature Manchego Cheese, Nutiva Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Coffee. Lunch: Nectarines, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kirkwood Chicken Leg Quarters, Wild Harvest Mixed Greens & Spinach Salad, Grape Tomatoes. Dinner: Trident Seafoods Alaskan Pollock Burgers, Butter, Cooked String Beans (from Fresh), Spaghetti Winter Squash, Kroger Finely Shredded Parmesan Cheese. Snacks/Other: Pure Protein 100% Whey Protein - Vanilla Cream, Whole Milk Plain Yogurt, Rader Farms Nature's Three Berries, Pistachio Nuts. more...
