Had a quiet 4th. My son and his finance were over on the 3rd and we went out to lunch at our favorite Mexican restaurant. Didn't do too much damage on the 3rd. but ate a hot dog and bun on the 4th along with some potato salad. So today, I am a pound heavier.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
