Hi all:

Just got back from a big Birthday bash held in Dallas. The flight was OK. No problems. The food at my nephew's house was something not to be missed. An entire beef loin, super duper fish one night, the birthday cakes and wonderful meats of every variety (my nephew and wife are both in the food supply business). So I came home a little heavier but very happy to have been there and to have celebrated my sister's 90th birthday. So now back to the grind, a little worse for wear but while I may be bloodied I am unbowed. Will restart. The Brisss.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
