So frustrated. I have totally changed my eating habits, stick 100% to what I am marking down as eating, watching carbs (diabetic) and calories. I am doing 40 minutes of exercise minimally per day and not losing weight like I feel I should be.
206.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 71.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
