I've been working on my allotment this week and the temperatures have been 25c , it's been like being in a sauna in the greenhouse. This plus exercise and not eating alot makes for less weight, not sure I like the hot weather so much in the greenhouse though.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
