Hey, hey a loss! I had been getting bored with my diet and worrying that i was going to be stuck in a plateau for a while. Last night I went out to the supermarket (interesting people in the food aisles late at night!) and bought things to shake up my eating routine including calabrese, asiago cheese, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese to create wraps. I also got some dry sausage and salami. I never eat these meats or cheeses so hopefully these will be good, fast, LCHF experiments. I've also been reading a lot of DietDoctor.com and know that I can always have strawberries with cream when/if cravings for something sweet and different hit.
