I haven't been logging my meals as my weight has been steady. I eat and drink what I want when I'm out doing my summer fun and then I started to fast a couple of days per week. Currently I'm rationally making good choices like I won't eat that donut because I'd rather save myself for molten lava cake. I used to eat both. Another festival today and dinner with mom tomorrow. I'm sure that I'll gain a few pounds to take off next week! Happy weekend!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week
