Last night was interesting. I made boiled cookies to send my daughter in her college finals care package (along with lots of interesting health foods from Trader Joe's). I had three, and felt good about it. But I'd had a lot of tension earlier in the day and I felt myself heading toward a binge. It was 10:30, early for me to go to bed, but I reasoned with myself that I was indeed tired from all the emotion, and that I was wanting to go down to the kitchen for more cookies, but I DIDN'T DO IT! I went to bed instead, got a great night sleep, woke up refreshed and ready to go, and haven't even felt tempted to touch the cookies today. Wow, does fatigue really play that big a role in my eating?
225.1 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 95.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job resisting. It sure can be hard sometimes. Happy you are feeling refreshed and ready to go. It's a great feeling.
