I really appreciate the support I'm given here, and once I figure out how to read all your journal entries, etc., I will do the same for you. I seem to be losing rapidly, but I'm not concerned. I think my body was just ready to shed the junk I'd been putting into it, so now that I'm out on summer break, I have much more time to exercise, prepare meals, and relax, and my body is responding. I need to be better about tracking what I'm eating, but I have to say I think my life has really turned a corner over the last week, and everything feels different. Long story short, I've made the decision to relocate in the next 14 months, and for the first time in many, many years, I am happy. It's all coming together. Some thing to look forward to. Something to get into shape for.
