A week with a lot of food challenges- baby shower on Wednesday and I went crazy with the cookies. Thursday was the work holiday party and I had about a thousand calories worth of alcohol, plus another 3 in food. Onwards and upwards.
254.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 79.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
