Didn't do as well as I could have and see the results of it. NO LOSS.

I didn't gain so that's a positive so I will move forward this week on this positive note and be a little more successful at following the plan.

Panigale1199 I weigh every Monday and frankly, at times, hold my breath when I know the results won't be good. Sounds like we have something in coming with this. But one of the reasons people fail in anything is they don't face the reality that there will be challenges along the way. One of my mentors told me that once they take off, commercial jets are off course 95% of the time yet, they get to their destinations. I take this to heart in business and in this endeavor. Thanks jimmiepop, it's a new day and a new week so I don't look back.

I was planning to weigh in every monday too... just couldnt bring myself to do it this monday haha But I totally get it and I agree with facing the reality part.

I agree with all that has been said above! I wonder if Monday is the best day for a weekly weigh-in, because we all know that weekends are rough! Maybe Wednesday would be better? That way, we have a couple of days to address the results of the previous weekend, but we're still consistent in the timing (ie, same time each week.) Just a thought.
