I am proud of my self for what I have accomplished so far. I have hit the half way mark in my lifestyle change. Maintaining & keeping my eye on a healthy future is what I have to do. I love my family and I wanna be here for them.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
