Well can't say I'm surprised at putting 1lb on after my very social weekend, you'd think that all this digging I'm doing on my allotment would help shift the extra weight!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
