It's been way too cold and windy to get in much exercise this last week so I've steadily crept back up a little over a pound. Oh well, I can work it off soon enough
253.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

And this morning I went up another half a lb, but also got my reason for the sudden gaining. It's my t/o/m, which always makes me kind of bloated
