Ok, so 2 things. 1. I bought a new scale and even though it weighed me higher than my old one, for some weird reason, I'm ok with it. 2. I looked back to 5 years ago, when I was constantly dropping weight, to see what I was eating. It was less protein and more carbs and more calories.
So today I am working at eating more and following the food that I ate 5 years ago. Hello morning tea with a tsp of sugar. Boy, how I missed you!!!
