JoanneLM's Journal, 23 March 2016

Ok, so 2 things.
1. I bought a new scale and even though it weighed me higher than my old one, for some weird reason, I'm ok with it.
2. I looked back to 5 years ago, when I was constantly dropping weight, to see what I was eating. It was less protein and more carbs and more calories.

So today I am working at eating more and following the food that I ate 5 years ago. Hello morning tea with a tsp of sugar. Boy, how I missed you!!!

One thing I suggest to everybody is to get out the tape measure sometimes when your scale is showing no progress your body is still reducing the inches and trust me I think you'd rather look good in your clothes then worrying about the bathroom scale

Thank you for all your comments and advice! I'm still not giving up, so it's all good right now. The past couple of months I was averaging about 900 calories a day. I should have lost something. So I'm going to try copying what I ate 5 years ago and see what happens. Thanks guys!

My opinion is its due to fluid retention and need to clean your lymphatic system. Also you need to look at what are inflammatory foods and avoid them and eat more anti-inflammatory foods. http://thechalkboardmag.com/detox-your-lymph-10-holistic-treatments-for-lymphatic-system http://internalharmony.com/articles/14/Lymphatic-System-What-is-it.html
