Started the day with 5 eggs. I'm not sure I can do that every day because it was very rich. I am going to try and reset my "leptin" receptors. This requires 50gm of protein first thing in the morning. Well, I guess I will try it. Plus it may keep me out of the starvation mode...sometimes I don't get the proper KCALS in.

I eat either meat (freshly cooked or easier cooked the night before) or chicken, and eggs. Flour is a no no while resetting your leptin. Well done on keeping your total carbs down!
