Week 1 done. 2 lbs down as of this morning. But last night was a night out. Stuck to a few glasses of cabernet and salad bar with some sushi and chicken. Yesterday was rest day for workout so I played 18 holes with the girls. No changes on tape measure though.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 173.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
