2099 kcal Fat: 63.18g | Prot: 175.44g | Carb: 208.95g.   Breakfast: Bananas, Trader Joe's Raw Whole Cashews, Olive Oil, dry chickpeas, Nixe Tuna Steak. Lunch: Qnt Delicious Whey Protein (Cookies and Cream), Quaker 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Raisins (Seedless), Fage Total 2% Greek Yogurt. Dinner: Egg White, Ipirotika Avga Egg Omeleta, Goldessa Light Cottage Cheese, Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: dry chickpeas, Schogetten Chocolate Amargo. more...
