Wrong way, I ate strictly Keto over the weekend, but my intake was higher than usual. I tried some of the recipes in my keto cookbook that were really good, over indulged a bit. Not much though. While I really want the scales to go down, I'm not worried about a 1lb increase, I'll get that back.
I struggled with persistent panic attacks about 3-5 years ago, I battled them and they have subsided, the last one I had was late March of last year. But, unfortunately, Friday night they hit me. It woke me up at about 2:30am, and I didn't sleep again until 3am on Saturday night. Once they hit, I cannot convince myself to lay down (they get worse lying down and while trying to sleep). The worst thing about getting them, is the feeling that they're going to come back, which increases anxiety. I slept poorly both Saturday night and last night. Waking up startled and thinking they are coming back. It's horrible and I hope they remain rare occurrences.

I have never had a panic attack, but I bet they are horrible. I hope tonight you are feeling better. I know that the keto diet says you can eat all you want and still lose, but we both know that isn't completely true. Eat good, but eat moderately.
