Flying out again today for a week - work travel really messes up my routine - going to try to focus on getting enough sleep so that I don't get tired and lose track of schedule.
174.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 174.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How do you deal with travel days (limited movement)? I have to travel in-state sometimes and the enforced lack of movement kills me.

I try to up my water intake and walk around when I can. Usually I get home with a few extra pounds...

Plan ahead and bring healthy snack with you of possible. I bring my protein powder, almonds, etc.

Even when I keep my food under control, I end up with a few extra. With driving 2 hrs one way, I can't keep the water up unless I make bathroom pitstops and that's really frustrating when I'm doing a one day trip...Luckily I don't go all the time but jeez.

Difficult to bring protein/snacks when traveling outside of US - sometimes customs does not allow and then it's difficult to find the equivalent - by the time I figure it out I'm leaving!
