Ok, good start! I know a lot of that is water weight, but still, feels good to see the scale go in the right direction. First day of full on Keto, I was beat last night, couldn't even watch the end of the national championship game. I did sleep really well.

Checked my blood sugar this morning it was 118, quite high for me, but not surprising based on my food intake last week and last month. I'll monitor as I go along.

Awesome! Take it a day at a time and if that seems too daunting, take it an hour or minute at a time. Decide for that minute what you re going to do. Make EVERYTHING a conscious decision that will take you one step closer to your goal. In Baseball terms, don't think about the 8th inning when it's still the 1st. Work on each throw and each swing.
