OK, now it is time to really get down to business!!!
We went grocery shopping, bought the proper foods.
Time to focus on exercise!!
My husband & I--Team Work.
195.4 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
