I joined the 90 day challenge 2016. I over did the sweets over Christmas and caused a craving for sweets. Now I have to pay the piper. I've gained 2.2 pounds and want sweets all the time. Sweets and bread. Neither are really good for you in large amounts. And it's even worse when you have both at the same time.
