Pre-diabetic & Hyperthyroidism
I've gone to the food counter and taken what is on the site and broke it up by 1/2 1/3 3/4. Like you said 1/3 cup of yogurt. I've gone to google to find out how many grams in an oz. 8 oz is a cup. The site will break it Down if you put 1/3 in the box. It will show you the calories for 1/3 cup. I've done this with quite a few different foods. I hope this helps and I did a good job of explaining myself. Good luck.

95% of people who lose it, gain it back!
I know what you mean. I've been overweight since I was eight years old. I'm 73 and been on diets off and on all my life. I have problems with my feet and knees and walk with a walker. It would make it a lot easier on both if I got more weight off. So I decided to try again. Good luck with what you are doing. Don't give up. God bless.

A new month so I thought I'd say hi and see how you are doing. I seem to have caught a bug. My daughter and I have been under the weather since yesterday. Hoping everything is fine in your neck of the woods. Take care and I'll contact you later.

I'm not in a wheelchair, but I walk with a walker. I'm trying to get a scooter so I can go places with my family. That way I can travel at their speed and make it a little easier on them.
You joined 4 days before me. I joined Nov 19. I know how hard it is to loose when you are not able to be very active. Especially if you like food. That is one of my downfalls. I like to eat. Especially On a day when there is such a vast variety. We had about 30 people over for Thanksgiving. My downfall happened when there were desserts I never heard of before.
We can do it it just takes time and encouragement. If I can figure out how to keep track of you I will be very happy to give you all the Encouragement I can.
GOOD LUCK.
