We first of all....HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Secondly, did anyone do as awful the last 3 like I did and still feel good about themselves?

I felt terrible when I weighed in today. I knew that I was totally undisciplined regarding eating, exercising and drinking alcohol and sugary stuff and would be more than my last weight on December 15th, but I didn't think I would gain 7 pounds!!

So after the initial shock...I thought of the Michael Buble song...
It's a new dawn
It's a new day
It's a new life
For me
And I'm feeling good
I'm feeling good

I said a few bad weeks isn't a lifetime to there is nothing to stop me from getting back on the horse and riding hard for the next 6 months and celebrate my birthday totally fit.

I hope you all have been doing great.
221.2 lb Lost so far: 47.8 lb.    Still to go: 56.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.5 lb a week

I'm craving pie at 11:08 pm so I'm definitely in need of a sugar detox. But yes let's get back to business. I'm ready! Happy New Year.

I've just been sitting here planning a day of prep cooking for tomorrow, so I've got the RIGHT kind of stuff ready to eat. I haven't eaten properly in a couple of days--SO busy because I'm just beginning work on the current play in our community theatre group. I'm directing, but that's just it: I'm going to BE this busy until the second week of March! So it's up to me to plan and prep, otherwise I'll never eat right, and I don't want to lose all the progress I've been making. But like you said: I feel good. Not beating myself up, just knowing I CAN do this and I WILL. And I AM. :)
