Ok wow. I let my binge eating run wild for about 4 months, I ate anything sweet I could get ahold of. And gained 25 pounds as a result. Now I'm back again as a new years resolution. Starting weight 213, goal weight 180, I'm shooting for a pound a week.
212.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Good Luck... you can do it! I am up 11 pounds and feeling so glad i saved a pair of comfy work pants in the back of my closet. I have not been able to post a weigh in and actually look at the number...I am proud that you were able to face the music! I know I must do the same as well.

Me too. Up 25. I have got to get back on track or I'll have to go to work naked! (that's scary!)
