I'm still loosing. Slowly but surely so far. It will take time this way but hopefully I will learn to eat when hungry instead of because I like what's in front of me. Eat s small portion instead of a large one and be satisfied. If I get a special coffee, get a small one with a treat, or get the large one without the treat. I'm trying to change the way I eat.
