146.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1695 kcal Fat: 73.93g | Prot: 84.88g | Carb: 168.95g.   Breakfast: Weet-Bix Weet-Bix, Milk (Whole Milk), Coffee with Milk, V8 Breakfast. Lunch: Coffee with Milk, San Remo Beef Tortellini, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Dinner: Cadbury Old Gold Dark Chocolate Peppermint, Greek Salad, Abbott's Village Bakery Harvest Seeds & Grains Bread, Cooked Salmon. Snacks/Other: Mundella Greek Natural Yoghurt, Walnuts, Bananas, Avocado, Sirena Tuna in Springwater. more...

Probably a more efficient formula for this but: Lean mass = (-((%fat/100)-1)) * body weight Currently: Weight = 66.5kg %fat = 18.7% Lean mass = 54.06kg So: Goal weight = lean mass / (-(%fat/100 -1)) Aim: Lean mass = 54kg %fat = 10% Weight = 60kg Forgotten all my maths, took way too long to work this out.
