Restarting my diet. Ankle sprain has sidelined me from squash for 6-8 weeks. Going to work hard to get the body fat from 18% down to around 10% for when I get back into competition. If I can't train my skills on court I'll train my physique until I am able to get back into it. Impatient!!!! Injury is extremely boring! This first drop 3 weeks after the sprain is probably all muscle mass in my legs..
147.3 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 0.6 lb a week
