I enjoy reading the journal entries. I'm 73 and have been loosing weight off and on ever since I was eight years old. Now I have mobility problems and can't get around as easily as I used to, and its even harder to keep the weight off.

When you like food and enjoy eating, especially bread, it is easy to gain weight without even trying. You give me encouragement.

I believe calorie counting will be easier for me because there are three women in our kitchen and each of us cook different days during the week.
