oh no.
( I was 54.9)
oh well.

tomorrow is IM fast day (16hours so that's 9pmfriday-3pmsaturday) and run 10kms day.
but im building muscle and my 6km runs are now a breeze.

I've got a 28 days before Cape Town Vac!

122.4 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 122.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

0.6kg is not bad at all. Just stay focused on your measurements because you can get heavier when getting slimmer :)
