bikerT's Journal, 11 November 2015

At my former "heaviest" weight! 50 pounds to go! Getting some flack from my husband because I am so rigid about my dieting. Of course he's trim enough with no significant weight issues. Honestly, I have to lose weight this way because I still don't have the willpower for portion control. If I taste it, I want a big bowl! When I get to where I need to be, I'll have to come to terms with it but I think that I will have to be glued to the scale for the rest of my life not allowing myself to swing up more than 5 pounds. C'est la vie!

Happy Veteran's Day to all those who serve and have served. Your sacrifice is greatly appreciated.

You are learning to eat in the real world right now, so yes you can eat anything you want and you are exactly right portion control is key, if you want a candy bar just have 1/4 of one to satisfy the urge

I hear you Rockiesfan. I wish my husband would just leave me alone on this one. Either support me or just stay out of my way....
