ran yesterday and didn't run today. sad face. gym tomorrow at 5am.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 125.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

yeah - I wake up at dawn so I might aswell. plus the gym is literally in the next road to me. I can actually see it from my place. it would be pathetic for me not to go
