Didn't enter info yesterday (exercise and nutrition) but did write it down and was at about 1200 calls and did an hour of aerobic workout. For me, this could be anything from the P90 X workout to stationary or actual bike riding. I did the stationary and part of the kenpo routine in P90X.

Dropped .6 pounds which is a good thing so I am happy today.

This lack of getting sleep is really getting to me though. I am dozing off on the computer (which is my main activity working) and don't actually wake up until a few hours after getting out of bed. This too shall pass! Lol.

215.4 lb Lost so far: 53.6 lb.    Still to go: 50.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love Kenpo! That's probably my favorite P90X routine, it's a good de-stresser. :) Hopefully you'll get some good sleep tonight.

It's Thursday night and I got home 65 minutes ago, got on my recumbent bike and pedaled for 61 minutes, burned 301 calories and traveled about 16 miles according to the bike. It feels good at least getting the fitness part of the plan in. I was one of those days where I was on appointments all day plus I had to take care of a slight family emergency. Just grabbed what I could, sandwich, quesadillas, nothing healthy but I don't think I went over my calories to stay the same weight. I will weigh myself on Friday and see if I lost anything; I should have slightly. Losing at least .2 pounds is my minimum standard. I can't lose less than that. It doesn't sound like a very ambitious goal does it? No, 1.4 pounds per week doesn't sound like much but think of it this way: Even if I lose that little, I will lose 1.4 pounds per week. Again, it doesn't sound like much but there's 52 weeks in a year so that calculates to 72.8 pounds. I know there are some of you who would love to be 72 pounds lighter next year right? :) Well, I would love to lose more however, I look at the positive side. My New Year will require a new Armani suit! Lol. The sleep woes come and go but I will buy some scotch or good vodka soon enough! :) Seriously, it's business that keeps the wheels turning and my routine is awful but I so much appreciate all you kind words and support. Sorry about being so lengthy tonight. I am still wired up from the bike. Have a great Friday.
